GT3X+ NEO File Exists Download Error

This article covers a solution to the error of File Exists. The pertains to NEO devices with firmware 2.5 or older.


The temporary files stored on the computer with this issue will need to be deleted.

To do this:
Ensure ActiLife is closed completely.
Press and hold the Windows Key on the keyboard and then tap the letter r.
This should open a Run\Open dialog box.
From here type %temp%
This will open a windows with many files.
Press Ctrl+a to select all of the files.
Hold the shift key and tap the Delete key.
A prompt will open asking to confirm the deletion. Select Yes.
There will be errors, choose the option to Skip all of them.
Reboot the computer 


NEO devices should now be able to be downloaded.
