In some cases, you may need to provide a valid ActiLife Product Key to ActiGraph's Sales or Support Team. To find this, open ActiLife and go to Help, then choose Activation Details. You will see a dialog similar to this if you are using ActiLife 6.
You can also find when your Subscription is due for renewal, and you can copy the Product Key to your clipboard so you can paste it into any correspondence you need to send to ActiGraph.
For ActiLife 5.x users, go to Help, then Deactivate, and click on the View Activation Details link below the text box.
From here you will be able to find your Product Key.
