When exporting to a CSV file format from ActiLife 5.7.0 and earlier, you may encounter an issue with the output (data within the CSV file) having double quotes surrounding that data.
To resolve this issue, please download the attached Quote Remover Tool and select the file(s) you wish to repair. This problem only applies to CSV files exported from ActiLife 5.7.0 and earlier.
