ActiLife loses activation information and cannot be activated again

This article will track live updates as we receive them to the resolution of this issue.

Issue Summary:

Users cannot activate ActiLife 6, currently if ActiLife 6 is launched by users, the activation information is lost and ActiLife requests to be activated again.

It has been discovered that this issue also affects the automated firmware updating and downloading the latest firmware from Actigraphcorp.com

Current Status:

Activations for version of ActiLife 6.6.x and newer are now working as expected. If you are using ActiLife 6.5.4 and below and would like more information on a possible work around, or If you are unable to activate your license please contact support@theactigraph.com or submit a support ticket.

03:00 PM CST 5/28 : Activations for all ActiLife versions 6.6.x and newer should be operating normally.
11:00 AM CST 5/28
 : The "Get Latest Firmware" downloader within ActiLife and the Actigraphcorp.com website are functioning.
09:00 AM CST 5/28 : Our patch has been created and is undergoing testing.
12:30 AM CST 5/27 : The Issue has been identified and tied to changes implemented by Google in services ActiLife uses for activation.
05:28 PM CST 5/26 : We are currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as we receive them.
